What if I receive a damaged item?

Every product we send out is quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at hello@claybyfox.com as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you quickly. 

Clay by Fox will cover the return shipping costs at the same shipping option originally selected, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we agree that it is faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can reorder from our online store.

Can I cancel my order after I have finalised it?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorised. If the credit card has already been authorised for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $0.5 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

What is your shipping policy?
  • FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $120. 
  • $10 standard shipping or $15 express shipping on all other Australian orders.
  • All earrings purchases will be dispatched within 1-5 business days from the date the order was placed. All homeware purchases will be dispatched within 5-10 business day as they are all made to order. 
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Clay by Fox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.
  • Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
